Newly launched in 2024, the X100 V / X100 VI compatible model can be installed on both the X100 V and X100 VI bodies. X100 V users can choose to purchase either the dedicated version or the universal version. When the universal version is installed on the X100 VI, it may appear to block the bottom speaker holes, but the sound remains clear when playing videos, and voices are easily distinguishable. The spatial volume is slightly suppressed, but it does not affect the review of recorded video clips, so you can use it with confidence.
